| The Dual Pointer Mud Pressure System (MG101) is designed to read pressure up to 16000 psi. The dual movement allows for monitoring of large and small pressure changes. The unit is primarily used in high pressure cementing and fracturing. It uses rugged diaphragm protectors, 1:1 piston isolators and 4:1 deboosters to separate drilling mud, chemicals and cement from the internal parts of the system. | Wagner's 4:1 Debooster Unit is designed to reduce line pressure by a ratio of 4:1. This allows operators at the panel to see only 1/4 of the actual pressure which is seen at the manifold. Gauges are calibrated at 1/4 of the line pressure to reflect actual pressures. |

The recorder uses standard 6" tube assys for ease of maintenance and calibration as well as being economical to replace if needed. | Wagner's FT/LB Torque System (TRT100) provides fro an accurate reading of rotary torque in ft/lbs. The system provides the driller with torque reading much as the RT100 system but in true ft/lbs. The system works by placing load cells on opposite corners of the rotary table which then measures the counter rotational force of the table. The system comprises 8.5" fluid filled totaliser head with (2) 25ft hose pigtails, (2) compression load cells, slide plates and turnbuckle. Each system is custom fitted to the table and rig. |
